Commercial Head

Heading/intro:

Our client is one of the fastest growing medium sized companies in Malaysia, specializing in machines are used for industrial and consumer packaging. They are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales team and drive growth across Malaysia.


Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Managing Director, provide leadership to the sales team in Malaysia.
• Develop a strong strategic sales plan to ensure long term profitability and growth in market share.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high performing sales team across the country.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to make informed srategic decision.
• Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 8 - 10 years of experience within sales, ideally in food packaging/plastic packaging.
• Previous experience in at least a Senior Manager role.
• Keen commercial acumen in making high level decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
