Commercial Finance Manager

Our client is a well-known FMCG company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Finance Manager, who will be responsible for commercial finance, analytics and business partnering matters for the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, based in Subang Jaya.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the business partner to drive business growth and value through providing insightful financial information to the management team.
  • Responsible for presenting monthly and yearly results, while providing insightful comments and variances for informed business decision.
  • Evaluate and advise on the effectiveness of overall business processes relating to finance, controls and operations.
  • Active involvement in forecast and budgeting activities.
  • Responsible for detailed financial analysis relating to customers, products, profitability, etc.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial finance or manufacturing experience, with at least 2-3 years in leadership roles.
  • Possess strong critical thinking, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
