Commercial Excellence Senior Manager

Join a leading, purpose-driven multinational pharmaceuticals company as their Commercial Excellence Senior Manager, where you'll head the strategic rollout to drive business optimization and effective commercial growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and optimization of the GTM framework to maximize efficiency and effective of the commercial business.
  • Drive the implementation and utilization of CRM tools for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure salesforce effectiveness through customer segmentation, performance tracking, and capability management.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand industry trends and identify business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related.
  • Comes with at least 5 - 6 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or commercial excellence within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experienced working with CRM softwares and SFE tools. Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Strong sense of business acumen, stakeholder managements skills, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English (fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin would be advantageous).
