A robust training framework is one of their core pillars in investing in their employees.They are currently looking for a Senior Contract Management Associate / Commercial Legal Specialist / Contract Management Specialist

Job responsibilities include:

• Prepare, manage and administer Company's standard template contracts and licensing management execution for the APAC region
• Good understanding of commercial contracting risks and issues and commercial contracting terms and conditions.
• Familiarity with a wide variety of commercial contracts including but not limited to software services agreements, maintenance agreements, statement of works, consultancy agreements, global contractual framework agreements,
• Prepare contract summaries and administer the contracts signature process to aid in contract execution
• Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders relating to agreement terms, present alternatives with solutions
• Serve as singular point of contact for matters relating to contracts
• Maintain correspondence records and documentation relating to contracts and tenders
• Communicate and share information to stakeholders on all contract-related matters including newly on-boarded clients, termination etc
• Management of a centralized file, storage and documentation system for all contracts
• Monitor contracts and follow up on close out, extension or renewal terms
• Review of current practices and procedures to ensure optimum productivity

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Law, or someone with relevant Contract Management working experience without law degree is fine.
• Minimum 3 years of Contract Drafting & Management working experience
• Experience working in a law firm or commercial with contract reviewing exposure is advantageous
• International regional exposure will be advantageous
