About our client:

Our client is a leading Southeast Asian consulting company. As Chief Operations Officer , you will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving operations, digital transformation, governance, and other integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize firm-wide operations across Operations, Digital/AI, Research, and Legal & Compliance.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including ERP systems and AI-enabled process improvements.
  • Establish and enhance KPI frameworks, governance, and executive-level reporting transparency.
  • Oversee post-merger integration, aligning operations, systems, and governance across entities.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and strengthen internal processes and operational infrastructure.
  • Execute high-impact strategic initiatives hands-on when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience leading multi-functional operations across areas such as operations, digital, and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement management and performance frameworks.
  • Deep understanding and practical exposure to digital and AI-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, including hands-on delivery of complex projects.
  • Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
