Head of Marketing

About Our Client

Our client is one of the established property developers in Malaysia with a strong brand presence within the industry. They are now looking for a driven individual to join them as Chief of Marketing in helping to bring their performing team to the next level.

Responsibilities

The role of a Chief Marketing Officer oversees the entire Department whilst focuses on creating and ensuring the execution of company's marketing and sales groups' vision. One must be able to think ahead and innovate in terms of direction for marketing and sale. Equally important is the ability to communicate what the direction is and how it will be achieved not only internally but to both media and external stakeholders through a myriad of marketing channels. There will be 4 Head of Department / Manager to lead, manage and coach in fulfilling the objectives.

Requirements

• Degree holder in related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand communication, sales and/or marketing.
• Experience working in real estate and property development industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability in strategic marketing and management, data analytics, and customer relation management.
• Good language command in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
