About Our Client

Our client is an established provider of sustainable IT infrastructure, cloud services, and data centre solutions. As CEO, you will be the primary operational leader of the business by translating the business strategic vision into day-to-day execution, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the group's service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability across the group's business units including data centre operations, managed IT services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Drive end-to-end operational execution across service delivery, SLA adherence, vendor management, and multi-site facilities operations.
• Lead and align the senior leadership team (Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR) around shared KPIs, accountability structures, and a performance-driven culture.
• Develop and manage the annual operating plan, CAPEX and OPEX budgets, and ensure resource allocation is aligned to business priorities and profitability targets.
• Build and strengthen C-suite client relationships while representing the company externally with strategic partners, government agencies, and industry bodies.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven P&L ownership with a track record of driving revenue growth, managing enterprise client relationships, and closing strategic partnerships or government contracts.
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Finance with strong delivery accountability across multiple sites or service lines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
