Change Management Specialist

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the progress of transformation efforts in alignment with long-term goals, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive rollout of various change initiatives.
• Create a strategic roadmap and structured framework for a large-scale organizational transformation or change initiatives.
• Collaborate with all departments head to drive activities that shape and influence the organizational culture.
• Implement targeted and timely interventions while developing effective change management plans to address and mitigate risks and resistance.
• Promote awareness of change management methodologies and best practices to ensure the successful handling of change.
• Establish and advance the aspirations of the Change Management with the goal of enhancing change capabilities within the organization.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in transformation or organization change management in a big corporation / MNC / consulting is preferred.
• Prior experience in leading and organizing large-scale transformation efforts is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in change management and behavior-shaping frameworks and methodologies.
• Possession of a Change Management certification, such as Prosci, is considered advantageous.
