A leading public infrastructure provider is looking for a high calibre and visionary CEO to lead, orchestrate and drive the strategic growth and set the overall direction for the company's future success, ensuring operational excellence and fostering innovation across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality business strategies and plans that align with both short-term and long-term objectives
• Scaling up the business revenue by identifying new market opportunities, optimizing existing revenue streams, and implementing innovative growth strategies
• Oversee operations and business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities including alternate revenue streams to support the organization's vision of becoming a world-class provider
• Deliver exceptional service quality by ensuring all facilities are meticulously maintained, and operations consistently meet the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Oversee implementation of actionable strategies on Operational Continuous Improvements to support provision of efficient and reliable services
• Maximize the use of the organization's operating assets, ensuring all activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures, regulatory requirements, and are executed professionally, cost-effectively, and within planned budgets to meet the targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Lead industry standards and internal policy compliance requirements & initiative including but not limited to IMS, Risk Management System and preparation and revitalization of the SOPs
• Develop policies and procedures to enhance sustainability, efficiency, and effectiveness of Depot operations
• Guide operational teams in terms of manpower planning and technical competencies required to effectively operate and maintain the bus systems.
• Develop and present annual budgets and operational plans to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services in alignment with the organization's overall business objectives
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar field of study
• MBA is highly preferred
• Minimum twenty years of operations, commercial, strategy and business management experience, preferably within the transportation industry
• Prior experience leading a Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) function, with a proven track record in optimizing asset performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency across complex transportation or industrial systems
• Familiarity with handling engineering transformation initiatives
• Proven track record in providing strategic direction, planning, and establishing priorities that ensure an effective work structure which maximizes productivity and achieves goals
• Possess strong business acumen, influential, operations process driven and focused on driving operations excellence
• Ability to lead the process to establish all relevant statutory authority requirements and risk mitigation to ensure smooth local authority approvals
• Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior managerial positions
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Capable of resolving conflicts, demonstrating visionary leadership, and possessing the foresight to strategically plan for the business's future
