Campaign CRM Specialist

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert overseeing the end-to-end development and operation of Campaign/Platform integration initiatives
  • Lead the development of applications, modules and integration components supporting the Campaign.
  • Provide technical support to ensure smooth operation of the Campaign/Loyalty platform.
  • Participate in technical design and development, to ensure compliance with the company's best practices in architecture, infrastructure and security.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, enhancing existing workflows.
  • Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors who are involved in delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field is preferred, with IT or system integration project management experience.
  • Prior involvement in enterprise integration projects will be an advantage.
  • Preferably experienced in telecommunications industry.
  • At least 5 years experience in technology and development management, with exposure to Campaigns and rewards systems such as Mviva, CMP and others.
  • Strong technical proficiency in AWS Cloud, Azure, Linux, Java
  • Additional experience in cloud architecture and solutioning will be an advantage
