Business System Analyst

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with various teams to align business and technology objectives, fostering effective communication and cooperation.
• Work with development teams, including offshore teams, to onboard, guide, and provide support, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, system specifications, and governance documents. Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate design and implementation of technology solutions in line with best practices, considering factors such as data integration, virtualization, and technology components.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a BA/BSA in IT, including expertise in data-centric application development and vendor management.
• Possess strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to gather business and systems requirements effectively.
• Experienced in Azure Cloud technologies.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese.
