Business Process Automation (Sharepoint)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful digitalization of forms and systems across the organization, focusing on SharePoint development and implementation.
• Ensure smooth operation and a positive user experience for all digitalized apps/forms.
• Manage and fulfill management's expectations and requirements to support business growth.
• Collaborate effectively with internal IT teams and external parties (consultants, suppliers) to ensure seamless IT support.
• Oversee the development of SharePoint apps/forms, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as the final technical checkpoint for the SharePoint team's development work.
• Develop tailored apps/forms aligned with user requirements and the company's digitalization goals.
• Communicate with users to understand requirements, design app/form processes, and create clear presentations.
• Act as the technical lead for the SharePoint team, guiding and motivating team members to excel in their tasks.
• Stay open to applying new technologies beyond existing tools.
• Assist direct supervisors by updating them on team progress and project statuses.
• Ensure that projects and tasks are completed within the designated timelines.
• Identify gaps in processes and recommend solutions for digitalizing manual tasks or forms with minimal risk.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in form digitalization, preferably using SharePoint, Nintex, PowerApps, and with knowledge of Javascript, Web Programming, HTML, and SQL.
• Proven experience in planning and executing efficient workflows for form digitalization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with users from various departments.
• Ability to lead teams, motivate others, and work under pressure.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
