Business Process Analyst (HRIS)

About our client:
We are partnering with a global heath technology company that develops medical devices and digital solutions to diagnose and treat various disorders. They are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their global HRIS transformation project. This role is pivotal in mapping end-to-end HR processes, preparing detailed documentation, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to train users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define future-state end-to-end HR-Payroll processes for a global payroll transformation project,
  • Designing scalable processes for Hire-to-Pay, job, compensation changes, time, absence to payroll, off-cycle adjustments, termination, final pay, as well as payroll control, audit, and reconciliation.
  • Must be able to facilitating workshops with HR, Payroll, IT/Integrations, Workday SMEs, Payroll SMEs, and ADP consultants.
  • Support the implementation of HRIS enhancements aligned with global transformation goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in process mapping and documentation.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and global HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Contract Role:
This is a fixed-term contract position dedicated to the HRIS transformation project.
