Business Planning Manager

One of the leading personal care brands is seeking for a Business Planning Manager to join their growing team, supporting the organisation in business innovation, growth strategies, and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct analysis of current market to identify new business opportunities, potential investments, and areas for strategic growth.
2. Develop business strategies in alignment to financial goals, sales growth, and business innovation.
3. Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive implementation of strategies.
4. Initiate new business performance trackers to enhance operational efficiency and measures of impact.
5. Provide sound business recommendations after careful examination of risks and returns.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Business Planning / Commercial Planning / Commercial Strategy role.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak Mandarin will be advantageous).
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
• Proven track record in data analysis, project management, and market research.
