The Financial Market, Business Management Manager will oversee the overall administrative support for Financial Markets Sales and Management team activities.

• Provide administrative support activities to run the FM business, sales process, and governance.
• Support and operate appropriate risk management forums to support business growth.
• Work closely with Sales team to understand client requirements and business drivers with the proper company solution and technology.
• Provide Business Intelligence and Management Information to contribute to business strategic decision making and financials management.
• Support management communications to persuasively communicate the business opportunities, vision for solutions and key competitive differentiators.
• Assist or lead with prospect and marketing presentations of the bank's product and solution.

Requirements

• University educated.
• At least 3+ Years of working experience in banking with knowledge in Financial Market products / Financial Market Operations.
• Effective communication skills, written, presentational and verbal.
• Strong problem solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong advocate of continuous improvement in quality and delivery of the team.
