Business Development, Senior Manager (Food)

The Client

This role is with a reputable food manufacturer who is seeking to expand their business presence across multiple markets.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Holds a Degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar.
2. Comes with at least 8 - 10 years of sales experience within the food industry.
3. Passion for sales with proven track record.
4. Strong business development skills and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and set business sales targets in alignment to business direction.
• Identify new opportunities for market penetration and business expansion.
• Lead negotiation with new clients and partners to drive revenue generation and business growth.
• Maintain relationship with stakeholders and key clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to review business plans and raise ideas for innovation.
