Business Development Manager - Renewable Energy (Penang)

Overview:

My client is a leading provider of innovative solar energy solutions, dedicated to promoting sustainable and renewable energy sources. They specialize in designing and implementing solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Penang and drive growth and expansion.

The role:

• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and creating market strategies.
• Manage sales and marketing activities, lead generation, customer outreach, and build strong relationships with customers.
• Work cross-functionally with the Engineering and Marketing teams.
• Lead proposals, deliver presentations, and support teams to close deals.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Working experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sectors is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
