Business Development Manager - Renewable Energy

Heading/intro:
Our client is a manufacturer of solar battery storage systems. Due to team expansion, they are currently seeking to hire an experienced candidate to take the lead on Business Development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Covering business development across Malaysia.
• Responsible for business development activities, ranging from meeting potential customers, product proposals & presentations, contract negotiation and tender submissions.
• Working with the technical team to manage request for quotations and proposals.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to ensure company competitiveness.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or in a field relating to renewable energies.
• 5 years of sales/business development experience in solar/renewable energies industry.
• Experience in preparing proposals and tenders within the renewable energies industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
