Business Development Manager - Integrated Logistics

Job description

Our client is part of an Asia based global logistics group, this company is known for their presence in integrated logistics and international freight forwarding. Due to expansion, they are looking for experienced Sales Managers to expand their presence in the integrated logistics scene.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for integrated logistics solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities across existing and new markets.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis to propose tailored supply chain solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and solution briefs to customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
  • Provide insights on pricing, service offerings, and go‑to‑market strategies.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions.
  • Proven track record in selling integrated logistics or contract logistics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end logistics (freight, warehousing, distribution, customs, value-added services).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and large‑scale projects.
