Managing Consultant, Sales & Marketing
About this role:
A leading frieght forwarding and logistics provider is looking for passionate Business Development Managers to be part of their growing team in Malaysia.
- Maintain a robust knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Research new sales leads within your designated territory ensuring an ongoing and robust pipeline of new opportunities.
- Identify potential new customers and the key decision makers within the organizations.
- Develop quotations and proposals to be presented to potential new customers.
- Track and record activity of new accounts, submit weekly sales reports and present at Group sales meetings.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics would be advantageous.
- At least 5 years of previous experience in a Business Development role, ideally within freight forwarding or logistics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional and methodical approach to work.
- Effective planning and attention to detail is a must for this role
