Business Development Manager (Aviation)

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in the offshore aviation industry.

About this role:
Reporting to the Commercial Head, this role will be in charge of business development for the company's offshore aviation services across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective sales strategy to acquire new projects.
  • Work the the management team to develop go to market strategy and generate leads and opportunities.
  • Manage sales initiatives, planning, key account development, and sales forecasts.
  • Annual budget planning.
  • Undertake market research and competitor analysis.
  • Lead the tender process for projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of technical sales experience within the offshore aviation/oil & gas industry.
  • Proven track record in new business development.
  • Strong network of clients in the relevant industry.
  • Project management experience. (within oil & gas)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
