Business Development Manager

Job description

One of the homegrown group of companies is seeking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing business under their Retail Appliances arm. You will be responsible to acquiring new prospects and expanding new sales channels to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, generate, and convert client prospects into new accounts to drive sales.
2. Manage inventory and sales to drive for YoY growth for sell-in, sell-out, and margin profitability.
3. Maintain relationship with existing retailers to service their needs and achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct market research on consumer trends and competitor activities to remain competitive edge.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business or similar.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales or similar role within FMCG / Consumer Electronics.
  • Passionate in sales with proven track record.
