Business Development Executive

About this role:

Join one of the prominent multinational Oil & Gas services company as a Business Development Executive, reporting to the Commercial Head. You will be responsible for expanding the company's market share through acquiring new projects and sales through their offshore aviation and integrity services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective sales strategy to acquire new projects.
  • Work with the management team to develop go-to-market strategy and generate leads.
  • Manage sales initiatives, planning, key account development, and sales forecasts.
  • Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and market trends.
  • Assist on tender processes for projects.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years of technical sales experience, prior experience in offshore aviation/oil & gas industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be advantageous).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Is analytical and has strong business acumen.
