Business Analyst Manager (Rawang)

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather detailed requirements, and document and validate business processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions, ensuring they meet documented requirements and are user-friendly.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, communicating project progress and providing training and support to end-users.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, stay updated with industry trends, and recommend enhancements to existing systems.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a functional business analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in business process modeling and able to work independently or in teams.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Extensive ERP knowledge and experience.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Project management experience, especially with regional or global IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, strategies, and programs.
