Job Responsibilities

  • Estimate time accurately for gathering requirements and testing.
  • Document business requirements efficiently for Agile development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business reps to define test scope and coverage.
  • Conduct collaborative workshops with stakeholders to define project scope using various industry techniques.
  • Act as a vital liaison between business needs and IT resources.
  • Analyze root causes and suggest remediation steps for identified issues.
  • Deliver current and future processes for improvement projects.
  • Engage stakeholders across different levels effectively.
  • Use business acumen to test and analyze issues for quick resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Over 6 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Thorough grasp of internal business operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Displays a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Background within the financial industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess.
  • Familiarity with unit trust and listed issuer regulations.
  • Prior engagement in numerous end-to-end projects.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and working under pressure.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and accountability.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Visio, and PL/SQL.
