Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Collect and categorize functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
  • Offer expertise on M365 Products including SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019, OneDrive, Exchange & Teams, and their integration with other M365 workloads like Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with SIT and UAT to develop test cases.
  • Ensure application changes comply with bank standards and policies.
  • Work with Microsoft or Partner engineering teams during implementation.
  • Lead weekly Working Group Committee meetings and provide project updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and solutions.
  • Possess strong presentation skills for sharing designs and ideas.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Records Management concepts is advantageous.
