Job description


  • Senior Business Analysts will often play a people/team management role within the projects/programs they work on.
  • The primary responsibility involves managing and executing analysis activities within priority programs.
  • DBS Transformation Senior Business Analysts lead initiation activities and define operating models, crucial in ensuring effective change delivery with partners.
  • They oversee Change Management and Implementation Management to enhance benefits and minimize deployment risks.
  • Often acting as experts across multiple projects, Senior Business Analysts guide teams in Requirements Management and other analytical tasks.
  • Close collaboration with the Project Management Office Delivery directors and Practice Head ensures optimal utilization of analyst resources to meet project demands.
  • An agile and flexible work approach, coupled with a high level of professionalism, is expected.


  • In-depth understanding of Global Transformation's purpose, values, culture, and fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage and execute the project(s) assigned in an agile and flexible approach to ensure the best quality from a project execution perspective.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry, coupled with specific functional expertise.
  • Demonstrated excellence as an analyst or consultant with a strong track record.
  • Skilled in managing uncertainty, changing circumstances, interdependencies, opportunities, or risks.
  • Proficient in Business Transformation Frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with transformation changes Design & Initiation (D&I) is advantageous.
  • Ability to tackle high-level or ambiguous problems/opportunities, providing an end-to-end view across programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Embraces agile ways of working, demonstrating flexibility and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to motivate and lead people with appropriate management styles.
  • Solid experience in Change and Implementation (C&I) processes, from requirements gathering to embedding changes into business as usual.
  • Desirable certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt.
  • Capable of independent work and thriving in non-structured environments by bringing structure to tasks.
  • Extensive experience using diverse analysis techniques in change environments.
  • Experience with transformation changes Design & Initiation (D&I) is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing large remote teams and resources.
