Business Analyst (Bank)

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Map and improve banking business processes to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, discussions, and alignment between business and technical teams.
  • Prepare functional documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, test case review, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with project coordination and change management activities to ensure smooth implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience or strong interest in the banking or financial services domain.
  • Solid understanding of banking products, operations, or regulatory processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑mapping skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a project-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.
