Business Analyst (Bank)

Job Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Map and improve banking business processes to enhance efficiency and control.
Facilitate requirement workshops, discussions, and alignment between business and technical teams.
Prepare functional documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, test case review, and issue resolution.
Assist with project coordination and change management activities to ensure smooth implementation.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, IT, or a related field.
Experience or strong interest in the banking or financial services domain.
Solid understanding of banking products, operations, or regulatory processes.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑mapping skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a project-driven environment.
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.
