Our client is a global financial institition with operation in more than 60 countries. They are expanding their digital transformation hub based in KL and one of the urgent roles required is the Business Analyst.

Job Responsibilities

• Defines requirements management processes and designs detailed business solutions and structures based on business requirements
• Identifies areas of impact on the target operating model and designs activities to mitigate impact
• Develop a high level business case, considering investment and high level benefits
• Accountable for change management activities including business readiness assessment, implementation pilot and actual implementation
• Builds professional relationships and networks with people in or outside the team as part of day-to-day
  work

A qualified Business Analyst in this team should possess the following:

• Proven track record as a strong Business Analyst with a minimum 10 years of prior exposure
• Extensive experience in requirements gathering and conducting design activity for business and technology relevant projects
• Experienced in business case development and change delivery for large scale implementations
• Highly adaptable to fast-paced work environment
• Good communication skills in English with strong business acumen
