Brand Manager

Job description

A well established FMCG is seeking for a Brand Manager to join them in driving brand growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand planning and marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and growth in the market.
  • Coordinate with the R&D and regional teams in leading new product development and innovations.
  • Manage the A&P budget and work closely with marketing agencies to ensure effective marketing costs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis of consumer trends, market changes, and competitor behaviours to adjust and adapt existing plans.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a brand marketing role or similar within the FMCG industry (experience in managing the personal care category will be an added advantage).
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be advantageous).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
