Brand Manager

Job description

Our client is a Japanese MNC and a spinoff of one of the biggest beauty company in the world. They are looking for a Brand Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand-building strategies for beauty brands, ensuring strong positioning, identity, and consistency across all consumer touchpoints
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and product launch plans that strengthen brand equity and accelerate market share growth
  • Conduct brand and consumer insights analysis to shape brand strategy, identify trends, and guide product development for beauty portfolio
  • Partner closely with the NPD team to develop and enhance beauty products, ensuring innovation aligns with brand direction and consumer needs
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and stock movement to protect brand profitability and support sustainable brand growth
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute impactful brand initiatives and collaborations
  • Evaluate brand performance through reports and analytics, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders to refine brand plans and marketing investments
  • Requirement
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in a marketing role, internship, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in marketing.
    • Have experience handling beauty brands / coming from beauty background
