Brand Manager

Job description

A global FMCG market player is seeking for a Brand Manager to join their team and oversee their key category. You will be responsible for the annual brand plan across the ATL and BTL channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategise and develop annual brand plan.

- Develop brand strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

- Serve as liaison with key stakeholders such as suppliers, distributors, and agencies.

- Manage and review P&L to ensure all brand activities are adhered to allocated budget.

- Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales team for new product launches to ensure brand plan alignment and successful product launch.

Skills & Experience Required:

- 5 - 7 years of experience in brand marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and communication skills.
