Brand Education Manager (Skincare)

Job description

Join one of the international leading skincare brands as their Brand Education Manager. You will be responsible for working with the brand team to develop and implement training programmes for both in-house and in-store staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training programmes based on upcoming product launches and skills development needed to reinforce brand understanding.
  • Work closely with brand teams and field trainers to align brand guidelines, product knowledge, and skills needed by in-store staff.
  • Conduct nationwide store visits to track and monitor performance indicators and productivity pre- & post-training.
  • Ensure all learning platforms and materials are up-to-date and accessible.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in brand education, retail training, or similar role within the Beauty industry (experience in skincare is advantageous).
  • Fluent communication in English (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and/or any additional dialects would be an added advantage).
  • Prior experience in leading a team would help you succeed in this role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organisational & planning skills, and time management skill is essential.
  • Proactive in keeping up with latest learning and training trends.
