Key Responsibilities

  • Data gathering & analysis to support business decisions.

  • Documenting business processes and systems, including assessing models and technology integration.

  • Stakeholder engagement within project scope to ensure mobilization and collaboration.

  • Gap analysis execution: identifying requirements and following up until completion.

  • Testing coordination and monitoring outcomes.

  • Knowledge transfer and training, including creation of job aids and documentation.

  • Support model implementation to sustain project outcomes.

Required Competencies

  • 2-5 years of finance project management
  • Root cause/gap analysis exposure
  • Results orientation: ensuring projects achieve optimal outcomes efficiently.
