Our client is one of the top players in the telco industry renowned for its vibrant culture. They are currently looking for a Billing Engineer to lead an upcoming project.


This role needs you to manage end to end Billing Domain (Collection/Payment, Top up, Dunning, rating, invoicing, and charging and etc). This is a application/system, technical role that covers the entire process from analyzing problems or business needs, liaising with department stakeholders and vendors, strategize, implement, and monitor solutions and their outcome.

To qualify an individual must possess:

  • A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Science
  • Min 8 years' experience in related fields
  • Familiar with Billing systems (ie: Oracle BRM, Siebel, Huawei CBS, etc)
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders at C - level.
