Bid Engineering Manager - Sales

Our client is an advanced infrastructure and smart-technology corporation, renowned in it's disciplines. Having an attractive opportunity for Sales Engineers and experts in Technical Engineering tools, they are looking for a Bid Engineering Manager (Sales).

Job Description:

As a Bid Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Organise and lead bidding activities with Bid Engineers, supporting strategies with the Sales team
• Compose constructional design of switchgears in compliance with software tools
• Identify and develop competitive technical solutions in line with target pricing methods
• Structure technical analyses and oversee total proposal process stage timely and accurately
• Analyze technical specifications of customers to propose best solution integration methods

The Right Candidate will possess:

• 5 years working experience in technical fields of Power Distribution, with 2-3 years sales knowledge.
• 2-3 years experience in bid proposal is an added advantage
• Good communicative skills and a high level of initiative
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Degree or equivalent qualification to Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
