Bancassurance Specialist

Responsibilities

  • To achieve the desired sales performance targets set in product mix of Protection and Savings products.
  • To achieve overall productivity, conversion ratio, profitability and quality sales
  • Responsible for farming activities on leads generated by bank, timely act on the leads provided & identify insurance needs to ensure high quality sales & conversion rate.
  • Record daily sales activities, sales follow up actions and leads & pipeline management
  • Provide financial planning advice to customers in relation to their insurance portfolio
  • Provides after sales service & guidance to customers such as minor claims process, policy changes, etc.


Requirements

  • Highly results oriented and keen interest in direct sales position
  • With min 3 years of relevant working experience in financial service industry with sales experience in Insurance sales in a banking environment
  • Proven track record in Bancassurance sales and life insurance protection product is preferable
  • Result oriented and strong ability to influence and motivate



Additional information:

  • The candidate will be based at our Bank partner's branches
  • Travelling: Klang valley
  • Open to candidate in Takaful or Broker with sales Banca experience
