Associate Consultant /Recruitment Consultant- KL

Following a highly successful launch in 2014 in Kuala Lumpur and due to our continued expansion plans into 2020, we are now looking to grow our Ambition Malaysia team. Our Consultants are specialized across Banking & Financial Services, Finance & Accounting, Technology & Digital and Supply Chain.

General duties will include developing recruitment opportunities and delivering the best recruitment solutions for both candidates and clients. The focus is on building long-term relationships with candidates and clients, to enable continuing placements of candidates to grow revenue stream. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales or account management success who wants to transition into a people focused business, and we will provide training on the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Interest in interacting with different clients and candidates in various settings
• Motivated by targets and achieving goals
• Confidence in new business development and managing clients of all seniority levels
• Will be an advocate for Ambition values and recruitment best practice
• Strong communication skills, ability to foster relationships and well-rounded commercial understanding
