About Our Client

Our client is a well-recognised consumer goods company with a strong portfolio in personal care and beauty products. They are now seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to handle some of their key brands to drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead branding and product go-to-market (GTM) launches, ensuring successful execution and strong market presence.
    • Plan and manage trade marketing activities and events, both online and offline, to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging digital platforms to maximize reach and impact.
    • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets and campaign execution.
    • Stay ahead of consumer and beauty trends, using insights to craft innovative strategies that resonate with target audiences.

    Requirements

    • Comes with at least 5 - 7 years of marketing / branding experience within personal care, beauty, or related industries.
    • Proven ability to execute both online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and market share growth.
    • Digitally-savvy, creative, and up-to-date on consumer behaviour and beauty trends.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Passionate in growing young brands and brand management.
