Pricing & Product Initiatives

• Take ownership of developing pricing solutions for upcoming offerings, ensuring analysis and deliverables are completed with accuracy and within planned timelines.
• Perform independent checks on pricing frameworks, testing assumptions, methodology, and system logic to confirm soundness and regulatory alignment.
• Consolidate product requirements and translate them into clear pricing structures and profitability insights with limited supervision.
• Assess product concepts and documentation to ensure they reflect intended pricing principles and comply with internal and external standards.
• Review product literature and customer‑facing materials, offering thorough actuarial input to ensure consistency with approved design.
• Prepare pricing submissions, analysis summaries, and presentation materials for internal governance and regional review boards.
• Assemble necessary evidence and supporting materials for regulatory filings.

System Testing

• Lead end‑to‑end UAT activities to confirm product behaviour and pricing calculations work as intended across systems.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve any misalignment between model outcomes, system outputs, and product specifications.
• Oversee enhancements and maintenance of pricing‑related configurations across operational systems.
• Carry out specialised or one‑off calculations when necessary, ensuring timeliness and precision.
• Partner with IT, servicing teams, new business units, and other functions to ensure smooth implementation and operational readiness.

Actuarial Guidance

• Provide technical support to operational teams and contribute actuarial expertise to cross‑department discussions.
• Coach less experienced team members and support their technical growth.

Broader Contributions

• Participate in additional pricing, product, or analytical initiatives as assigned.
• Advocate for process optimisation and help nurture a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
