Area Sales Executive (Northern)

Job description

One of the global market leaders within the FMCG space is seeking for a driven Area Sales Executive to drive business growth through new business development and account management for the Northern region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the GT channel.
  • Maintaining relationships to service existing customers to increase sales.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities to drive sales growth in the region.
  • Educate prospective consumers with product knowledge and understanding to make informed purchases.
  • Work closely with marketing team to improve store visibility and merchandising.
  • Drive and achieve monthly sales targets through regular store visits, implementation of sales tactics, and maintaining customer relationships.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Food Nutrition, or similar.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in sales within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or relevant industry (experience in General Trade / Pharmacy is an added advantage).
  • Able to take a consultative sales approach with proven track record in sales.
