About the Role

This role supports multi-country operations across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America, managing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. You will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, drive compliance, and collaborate with global teams to maintain operational excellence. Beyond daily operations, you'll contribute to automation, standardization, and process improvements that shape the future of finance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full PTP cycle, including supplier creation, invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Investigate discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support month-end closing and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Optimize PTP workflows, SOPs, and controls for transparency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver automation and process improvements.
  • Participate in finance projects, system implementations, and global process transitions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in PTP/AP in SSC will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and deliver with accuracy.
