Administrator, Cash & Transaction Management

Our Client

An international financial services provider is seeking an Administrator, Cash & Transaction Management to execute timely and accurate daily processing of cash, transactions and securities in a growing team and business remit

About the Role

• Execute and escalate processes in accordance with agreed procedures when required. Create and maintain detail and status of any issues/events
• Participate in-group discussion and suggest enhancements to role and processes where improvement could be gained and support key quality and productivity initiatives
• Respond to all queries and in a timely and effective manner and propose solutions for consideration with the agreed governance and change framework
• Build productive relationships with internal departments, and create working relationships and support operational improvement initiatives
• Ensure activities and controls are documented in comprehensive procedures and support the governance and control of the team through the application of professional awareness risk mindset

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant discipline(s)
• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in financial services preferably in investment banking operations
• Ability to work independently with collectively with the team to meet tight deadline(s)
