Accounts Payable - T&E Analyst (Travel & Expenses Claim)

Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They have multiple roles available for AP Account Payable / T&E Specialist / Travel & Expenses AP Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Process claims in SAP Concur system
  • Audit travel and expenses claim reports to ensure compliance with Company Travel and Expenses Policy and the accuracy of information provided
  • Primary contact responding to expenses report inquiry and follow up for claims that require further documentation
  • Identify credit card claim submission delays and alerting users as needed
  • Assist new employees on features and functions of SAP CONCUR system and conduct ongoing internal training on all the T&E processes and policies
  • Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are adhere for processing activity by following all established policies and procedures.
  • Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to country and managers.
  • Identify and develop process improvements plans when required.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of AP or T&E process and controls
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in AP
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge in SAP Concur and Shared services background / MNC will have highly advantageous
  • Local company with end to end AP knowledge is encouraged to apply
