Account Manager

Job description

Our client is an esablished global manufacturer for scientific equipment and consumables, and is looking to expand their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on the company's products and services.
  • Negotiating and securing business deals with clients and providing technical and after-sales service.
  • Monitoring sales revenue and preparing relevant reports and business reviews.
  • Training team members and customers on product technical and application usage.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device or scientific equipment sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Biomedical Science, or other related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
