Assistant Demand Planning Manager

This prominent FMCG MNC based in PJ is looking to hire an Assistant Manager in demand planning. This role is to facilitate the IBP process by leading the demand forecasting within two categories and across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible in demand forecasting across multiple markets and within 2 categories
• Working closely with the regional SC team in implementing the best practices of demand planning
• Establishing a robust demand forecasting process with the BD managers and distributors using IBP
• Driving improvement in forecast accuracy and bias by identifying key reason for accuracy loss
• Assisting the planning leader to implement and execute the IBP process across the organisation

Skills & Experience Required:

• Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or relevant
• MUST have proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Have a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant work experience within the demand planning
• Have strong communication skills and stakeholder management
