The Role

A shift-based operations leadership role with full accountability for warehouse performance:

• Plan and allocate daily team workloads, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Oversee all picking, packing, and despatch activities to meet fulfilment and order accuracy targets
• Maintain stock integrity, pick-face accuracy, and a clean, well-organised warehouse environment
• Manage MHE operations, attendance records, and daily statistics for management reporting
• Participate actively in stock counts and cycle count processes, supporting preparation and execution
• Uphold occupational health, safety, and compliance standards, reporting incidents or losses promptly

What We're Looking For

A detail-driven, team-focused operations professional:

• Degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or DC operations role
• Sound knowledge of inventory control, pick-face management, and stock integrity
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using warehouse management systems
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
• Willing and able to work shifts and flexible hours
