Our client is a business that manages more than 100 technology services from beginning to end for customers across all regions.

Key objectives

  • Accountable for the supply of technical services.
  • Designing and enabling technological services that are offered, provided, supported, and continually improved for Group and Regions business.

Key responsibilities:

  • The role will be responsible for owning, defining, and carrying out Client Experience Level Management, which measures and manages Client Experience on a technological platform.
  • As part of the Operational Governance Forum, make sure that everyone in CCIB T&I Production Engineering - TB, DCDA, and CC&CF has a thorough awareness of the risk and control environment.
  • In order to supply dependable IT services, the job will include service management concepts into IT service delivery.
  • Identify, escalate, mitigate, and address risk, conduct, and compliance issues with effectiveness and collaboration.

To qualify:

  • Technology or business management degree from the university.
  • Certified by ITIL.
  • PMP Qualified (Optional).
