The Role
From route optimisation to risk management, here's what you'll own:
  • Planning and refining international transport routes with a focus on compliance and efficiency
  • Overseeing transportation costs across fixed and variable spend, and identifying savings opportunities
  • Analysing Capex and OPEX projects and delivering forecasting data for senior review
  • Benchmarking 3PL performance against in-house transport solutions
  • Carrying out transport risk assessments and implementing meaningful improvements
  • Presenting data-led insights and strategic proposals to key stakeholders
  • Partnering across functions to resolve transport challenges and support wider operations
What We're Looking For
You'll have the skills and drive to step in, add value, and grow with the role:
  • Solid background in transport coordination, logistics planning, or supply chain operations
  • Hands-on TMS experience, with Fareye knowledge essential
  • Strong grasp of international transport legislation and trade compliance
  • Demonstrable vendor and contractor negotiation experience
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present findings clearly
  • Confident communicator and collaborator at all levels
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional development
