The Role

A strategic, build-focused role at the intersection of trade, data, and transformation:

• Design and strengthen enterprise-level HS classification and tariff intelligence governance frameworks
• Lead the development of a Trade Compliance Control Tower to enhance operational visibility across global markets
• Drive digital transformation across trade operations, including workflow automation and data integration
• Conduct gap analyses and design standardised operating frameworks scalable across multiple markets
• Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and operational teams to build scalable trade data platforms
• Support capability development within the global trade and compliance team

What We're Looking For

A structured thinker with a passion for building and transforming:

• Degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
• Background in trade compliance, customs, HS classification, or tariff management - or experience leading transformation, control tower, or digitalisation programmes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools, ERP systems, or digital workflow solutions
• Confident communicator with cross-functional stakeholder management capability
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-market environments
